Economic Development

Welcome to Wilsonville!

If you're visiting this page, you may be a local business owner, or a site selector; a real estate broker, or a resident; a property owner, or a developer. No matter what brings you here, welcome. We hope you find what you need.

The menu to the left should be a good starting point. (Above, in bright green, if you're on mobile.)

The Economic Development Division resides within the Community Development (CD) Department at City Hall. We work closely with other CD divisions to facilitate the growth of the Wilsonville economy and the success of your business. We build Programs, Policies,  Partnerships, and Projects that support existing businesses and invite new investment into the community.

We also administer the city's urban renewal (tax increment finance, aka TIF) program, with direction from the city's urban renewal task force. There are 4 different TIF zones in the City. The City uses tax increment finance as a tool to support and facilitate private development and tax base growth in high opportunity areas in the city, primarily through the development of public infrastructure.

If you believe we can be of assistance, please reach out any time.  Contact information can be found on the right side bar (or at the bottom of the page on mobile.)
